Priest Lane, Star Flower Way, Patricia Lane, Green Briar Lane

The Priest Lane Road Association (PLRA) was created in 1994 as a means of maintaining the single road to the residential communities served by Priest Lane, Patricia Lane, Green Briar Lane, and Star Flower Way. The agreement applies to all parcels of land served by these roads although unimproved lots are not really a part until they add a residence and obtain an address.

The purpose of the agreement is to keep Priest Lane maintained in a driveable condition.  Much of Priest Lane is flat and can be maintained easily and a minimal cost however a sizeable piece is on a ‘S’ or ‘Z’ curve with a slope and is harder and more expensive to maintain.

The PLRA has a board that meets 2-3 times a year to assess the road condition and work to keep it passable to that local residents can get in and out. An annual meeting is also held and all residents are invited to participate, ask questions and to vote to keep or replace board members as circumstances dictate.

This web-page was established as an easy way for all local residents to quickly find information related to the PLRA.
